anyone have experience of this model? i know aldi have had a few in the past, is this a rebadged version of another recorder?

Available at amazon is a great DVD Recorder that is multi-region, multi format, and handles Xvid and DivX as well as the usual features. Just bought one and it looks and plays superb:

Well it does now, at a £150 for this player I think I would pay a little bit extra and get a branded Japanese make.

Hi,

I have contacted Aldi. They have told the model is a Tevion DVDR100LB. It is Multi region ready and was supplied to them from a company called Cello electronics in the UK.

Anyone know if it has RGB in?

I got one this morning on my way to work. I will write a review later tonight when I set it up and tested it. In our Aldi branch they have about 50-100 for sale.

i baught one today and after going through it all, havent been able to multiregion it and NO, it isnt multiregioned already :o[
