Sony dvp SR760H mULTI REGION HACK REQUIRED

Help, I have one of the above and need a multiregion hack for it.

RE: One in four riot suspects had 10 previous offences

So, it wasn`t the good guys doing the rioting then - imagine, if you will, my surprise.

RE: Philips BDP3100 BluRay Player

The following works for several philips bdp models:-

1) With no disc in drive, bring the player out of standby.
2) press number keys "1389310"

Now enjoy a region free player.

RE: Philips BDP 1500 hack?

Google philips BDP2500. No bluray hack, but DVD hack is available.

RE: philips bdp 2500 region hack

Please be aware that after applying this hack the player is dvd region free but blu ray region is still reported as "B".

RE: Bargain at Argos - only 66p for ........

Don`t bother, they won`t have them even if you reserve them, or they`ll be 24.99.

Argos clearance - not to be trusted

Placed a reservation for a Binatone walkie talkie set for GBP8.73 on Monday. Argos`s reply said it would be reserved at Dewsbury between Wednesday & Friday. I went on Wednesday - armed only with my reservation number - and was told that the price was now 24.99 but if I had the documentation they could honour the offer. On Wednesday night I printed the documentation (my reservation and the web page still showing a price of 8.73) and returned to Argos Dewsbury on Thursday (today). Here I was told that the price had been upped to 24.99 on Monday, but that they were willing to meet me half way and let me have the set for 12.50. I declined.

I believe that this raises several questions:-
1. Why does Argos make offers it has no intention of keeping?
2. Why show a misleadingly incorrect price on its website?
3. Why post date a reservation until after a price increase has been applied?
4. Why not inform the customer that this price hike has occurred?
5. Why tell a customer on one day that the offer can be honoured with documentation then refuse to do so the following day?

If you can find a bargepole, don`t touch Argos clearance offers with it.

RE: 2-way radios - £8.73!!!!!

Their Ts&Cs suggest that they can.

RE: 2-way radios - £8.73!!!!!

Now I know why the reservation was post dated to today - the price has gone back up. Dewsbury 10 am.

RE: 6 cases of pop get a free fridge

This is over 51p per can. Recent promotions on these brands have taken the price to as low as 17p per can. In this offer you are paying some £49 over the odds for the pop. How badly do you need this free fridge?

RE: 7

You`re right. It did. Thanks.

RE: 7

What is - or where did you find - the region hack?

RE: Tesco.com wine @ £1.62/bottle

Sounds as though it could be a great paint stripper!

RE: 7

It is NOT multiregion out of the box, and I have not yet found a hack. It comes without a bag/car mount. It plays DVD-Rs. It sports audio & video input. I like it - it does what I want. Headphones and car power adaptor came with it although the manual describes them as optional.

RE: 7" dvd player £68 +vat

Thanks for that - I`d just ordered it from EBuyer at 89.99. Cancelled & reordered.

RE: Easter Eggs - 1p each

Bet it doesn`t seem like a bargain after the first four!

RE: GADGETS AND USLESS BITS.........up to 80% OFF

Thanks for the post - it`s just cost me an arm & a leg, well about 30% of an arm & a leg.

I reckon that can be condensed to "Up Yours".

RE: free budget headset

Got an email confirming depatch, complete with ANC tracking code last Monday 28/2.
ANC does not recognise the consignment number and I have received nothing.
Although I realise that I cannot complain about value for money it does remind me why I ditched BT as my telephone service.

RE: Taggart DVD Free.

RE: W H Smith refusing to honour DVD sale price

As you say - no great surprise. WHS are putting their hands up and saying "we ballsed it up". Live with it.
