Page 1 of Dixons OnLine Cust Serv Sux

Bought a Wide Screen TV from Dixons - when I got it the corner was bashed and it didn`t work - took 5 phone calls 3 emails and 1 fax before someone phoned me back to tell me they would collect 2 weeks later. Be warned - Dixons suck big time if the product is faulty! Customer service is P*** Poor.

Yup, they are, they do, and they ever will be. But we keep buying from them - myself included. Will we never learn?

if it`s poor, why continue to buy from it? I don`t get it, people complain about the poor service and staff who know nothing, but yet people still go there and buy stuff! No offence to those that like buying stuff from DSG. :-)

I stopped buying stuff from Dixons about five years ago (bought a Sony MD MZR2!).

I agree Dixons are a pain...most of the time..
but sometime the price difference can ease the pain...
eventually ordered the LG20 for £94.94 but took nearly two days.
Mind you I still haven`t received it yet.. Watch this space

dixons don`t care about its customers one bit unless you buying and then its only to the door.

ex-dixons staff so i should know.
I personally will never buy from them again
