Page 1 of Why pre-order from cd-wow?

I pre ordered a P.Roach CD from CD-wow about 2 weeks ago. It was released on monday when they then sent me an email saying it had been shipped and would be with me in 5-7 days.

Whats the point pre ordering if they only send it on day of release and i get it a week later than the shops.

Help me GOD!

because its £11.99 in shops and £8.99 at CD WOW(or £6.99 with telegraph promotion).

thats my reasoning anyway!!!!!!!

I know what you mean though I kind of expected to receive my CD`s on the release day but I think its the record companies who don`t allow early shipping.

How do you get the telegraph promotion, is it still on???????????????

Totally support the sentiments above : if you want it cheap, don`t expect to get it on day one :-)

As I mentioned in a post not a million miles from this one, I preorded Gosford Park (R1) from cd-wow. It arrived yesterday (19th). It`s not officially out until the 25th. I`m happy!

Yeah I think DVD`s are different in as much as...

I ordered Fast and Furious From Play and got it before Xmas when release was 2nd Jan

Also, Oceans Eleven 7th May release - I got it around 25th April from CD-Wow

It has arrived, Thurday morning. not to bad i suppose.

Inner part of CD case broke, but hopefully get a replacement sent.

Anyone had replacements before?

Do ya thing there will be other telegraph offers on ?

Re. the damaged case - email them, they will ship a replacement and send you a pre-paid envelope to return the damaged copy.
