Is it down to me to pay for the postage. My friend who bought a Scan and received the same dire service didn`t.. He had his replaced twice.. and they collected. Now they want me to pay postage to send it back.. Would be interested in feedback from any other Scan users who`ve returned systems

Recommend you stay away from scan`s stuff.
Their customer service is one the worst ive ever come across.
Shop around and get a proper branded player.

Ho Hum, Yet another unhappy customer of Scan`s, Christ with there record of customer service Im supprised thay still sell things. Im on my 6th DVD player, Thank GOD this one WORKS
