Toshiba SD220E DVD player giving too much red

The pictures from the DVD seemed to have too much red after I connected a videosender (from Aldi) to the system.
I have since removed the sender but there is still too much red in TV images from the DVD player.
Any ideas?

try lowering the contrast on you tv to about 40% and then alter the colour to your liking.
