All for a measly £399.98. It IS a refurb, but for this price you cant get a no-name laptop with half the specs barnd new, let alone a sony.

That seems a crazy good price. It`s out of stock however - I get this message on checkout:

We are waiting for more stock to be delivered, however this product can be ordered and will be shipped as soon as it is available. Phone for information.

They are selling second hand on Ebay for much more than that!

I have just ordered one, they are out of stock, but expecting more in. Not sure if it is an error at that price, will keep fingers crossed.

Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level, then beat you with experience.

Ah well, looked too good to be true - I placed my order last night, but when I checked my account htis mornign they had put 2 through - when I called to correct it they told me that no more stock would be arriving and that I could either cancel now or wait a week for someone to call me and tell me the same thing. Ah well, I`ll keep on hunting .......... :(

I wonder if it was a misprice? There`s one at £600 second hand on Ebay now!

It is still there (Via Laptops->Factory Outlet), but as I mentioned earlier the guy on the phone at sony told me that the link was wrong - and that no more would be coming into stock, and had to cancel my order.

So are you saying that the order goes through without any out of stock message - and then they call you back to cancel it later?
I put an order through just now and it seems to have gone through.....I didn`t get any message saying it was out of stock....

It now says it can be ordered and will be shipped when avaialble but no further details `phone for information`
