£5 off when you spend £30 in total on 3 or more items for `New Customers`

Yeah, they just charge your card, TELL you it`s been shipped, don`t send anything, wait for you to chase it up, hassle them and finally get one DVD through the post 2 months after they`ve taken payment.
And the second one (Blue Planet) STILL hasn`t arrived.

Of course, that`s only my experience, but out of two orders, BOTH haven`t run smoothly, so keep an eye out and don`t be afraid to badger them.

Lucky you. I`ve just received an email to advise me that, two months after taking my money, that they`ll be crediting the cash back to my credit card, as they claim to have sent 2 copies of The Blue Planet out already.

Which is very odd, as these DVDs are the only ones I`ve ever actually had go missing (out of a few hundred received), so I`d be very surprised if the Post Office were responsible....unless they`ve got a particular problem with Blah.

I`ll be steering well clear of these idiots in future. >:(

You`ve just been unlucky, I got my Blue Planet from them after a week and a half. From my experience, I`d recommend them, but I have to say it has been a mixed bag for most.

Just tried to use the link for the £2 voucher and it wont let me have another one! It says that I am not entitled to another, I even tried using a different e-mail, but when I then have to register it recognises my card billing address and stops me!!

Not fair!
