On the "W-Hole" it was pretty much a letdown. Didn`t bother watching the extras as it was a rental but the film was basically crap.

I didn`t have high expectations of the film and I wasn`t disappointed. Got the film on the cheap so i`m not heartbroken.
The film isn`t really very believeable and considering this is not supernatural or anything it needs to be.
The cut away scenes (from the hole in the ground) are not particularly interesting; the tale is told in a convoluted flashback manner similar to Ghosts of Mars. The final scene did not really satisfy me, normally I love an unhappy ending, but this bitch must pay!
Deleted scenes are not worth mentioning to your grand kids, there are alternative beginnings where stuff which happens later is given away. There is no alternative ending contrary to what main reviewer said.
Haven`t heard the commentry, but might listen if I don`t manage to sell it on Amazon. Yes, it`s not worth keeping even for a Sunday afternoon
