About This Site

Our Aims
This site is run by Reviewer Ltd, a company registered in England, and staffed by a group of people who share a love for the subject matter on show. The company has several full time staff, and many other contributors who submit articles and other writings for publication on our pages.

Some of us just like to express our opinions, others want to be part of something bigger than they can achieve on their own, and the rest are just plain wierdos whom helping us out keeps them off the streets. Together we are a tiny part of the ever growing community who wish to provide a valued service to the rest. Just remember that we will get it wrong at times, but on those occasions we will try and be humble about it.

DVD News
Yes, we know there are loads of news sites out there already, and we do not pretend that this will be the only one you ever need to visit. However our aim is to make it one of those you prefer to visit, by providing accurate up-to-date information on new releases and similar news, with links to other sites where appropriate. We will try our best to strip out the information you don't need to know, and enable you to find out what you do quicker.

DVD Reviews
DVDs are like little golden works of art, opinion is entirely subjective and no two people can possibly have the same views on everything, even if they are identical twins. We try our best to get as many of our site reviewers to cover a single disc as possible, and in addition to this we actively encourage our visitors to express their opinions as well. This method however does have one flaw, many people can't remember exactly who they agree or disagree with, and that is where one of our unique ideas comes into play.

Whenever you read a comment by another site visitor or one of our reviews and agree with it, you can click on an icon and let us know. We will then show alongside peoples comments and our reviews how often you agree with them. There is no need for you to remember who they are as it is all done automatically by the site for you. We want to help you make the right decisions about which disc you buy, and hopefully this feature alongside visitors contributions and our site reviewers, will help you do just that.
