Apparently, Mr. Romero wanted the `red tie/white shirt`, but Simon Pegg & Edgar Wright thought it was one in-joke too far. Apparently!

I don`t think it is, there`s usually some facial distinctions even if the actor is under a ton of latex, such as Robin Williams in Mrs Doubtfire, or Mariah Carey in Glitter. ;)
