Anyone Know a multi region hack for this model

got this one sorted aftert a long battle with the little swine!!

1.Open tray
2. Enter 9, 7, 3, 5
3. a menu pops up....select region 0 at the top
4. then exit this menu
5. Done!

Its not unlocked. I did the same in my dvd-222 model player.
Even the pop up menu is not come. ( OR do I have wait for a long time to see the pop menu? )
Could you tell me is there any other method to unlock this dvd-222.

I have two Acoustic Solutiond DVD 222 Portable DVD Players

And have used The Hack as above sucessfully

Turn Player on and wait for No Disk to appear
Open Disk Tray / Lid (Leave Open)
Using Remote Control Press 9 7 3 5 (Ignore any Hand Signals On Screen)

Region & Software Version Appears On Screen

Using Remote Control Left Button Scroll Across to Region Selection and use the Up & Down Button to select Required Region ( 0 is Region Free)
Close Disk Tray

Im tryin to hack two of these as well - but when I enter 9735, the "open" turns to a hand symbol and no secret menu pops up - what am I not doing??

Ignore the Hand Signal !!...I get the Same on Mine...but after 9 7 3 5 is entered the Region Select Screen Appears

The Region Screen also Appears if you leave the Tray Closed...so you can do it that way..but if you do it you then need to select Exit Setup to store the Hack

There is NO Hand signal if you Apply it with the Tray Closed

Here is that Version of the Hack, I have Checked it works on My AS DVD222

Turn Player On and wait for No Disk to Appear
Using Remote Control Press 9 7 3 5

Region & Software Version Appears On Screen

Using Remote Control Left Button Scroll Across to Region Selection and use the Up & Down Button to Select Required Region ( 0 is Region Free) and Press Play / Enter Button on Remote Control
Using Remote Control Scroll down to Exit SetUp & Press Play / Enter Button on Remote Control

however when I type the code 9735 no "special menu" appears
is there anything else I need to do beforehand? do you have to enter the code in a set amount of time? Ive hacked a fair few machines over the past 7 years but Im really stumped with this one! very frustrating :(

No Sorry ...nothing Special

It works every time on Both My Players

The Speed of keypress seems to make no Difference It works every time I try

The Only thing I can think of is that one of the Number Buttons on your Remote is not Working / Transmitting...or the Firmware has been changed.

You are the Only person that has used the Hack , that has said it will not work...so far

I have no other ideas

I have tried the same 9 7 3 5. It does nothing. How did you find this code i.e. 9 7 3 5.
I think they may have changed the firmware for latest models. I bought it last week in argos. Is it possible to get a new code for my model AS DVD-222.
