Does anyone know if there is a hack for the denon dht 500 sd surround system? My friend just got one from unbeatable and been trying to find out whether it needs to be chipped or if there is a code but can`t find anything, other places selling it are advertising as multi region but he has tried watching hero on it today but did not work, does anyone else know if the denon systems usually have a hack?

Yes it is a firmware upgrade and it is a 40 meg file on CD
