This show is fantastic. Really good fun and evokes strong '80s Spielberg / Amblin vibes, similar to what Super8 was aiming for.

all my buddies on the BMX groups are moaning about the us eof new bikes instead of proper 80's BMX's. They say it's a good show other than that though :)

Watched first two last night and suitably impressed.

Love the analogue synth heavy music, sounds just like a John Carpenter theme...

We absolutely loved this.

Rather than just be a homage to thing from the 80's like say Super 8 or others have felt, the tone and everything actually encaptured how all those great 80's films feel aswell.

Fantastic show, watched it over the past couple of nights.

Just finished it here, really enjoyed it. Just the right length at eight episodes, didn't try and stretch out the story.

And there will be a season 2 next year! \o/

Binge-watched the entire season over the weekend. I recommend watching it twice as the first 6 episodes are actually a little 'meh, with the final 2 episodes more than making up for the slow burn. A second viewing with the extra knowledge makes the earlier episodes much more enjoyable
