watched Beyond the Sea last night, enjoyed it, first thing I've seen Aaron Paul in since Breaking Bad, poor bloke, can't get a break can he ;)

Enjoyed it, as you say, was expecting something bad, but didn't guess that.

Like Andor I liked the modern retro futuristic style

Mazey Day, started off thinking it was interesting that it was set in the past/alternate past again, but relevant to recent news, then by end of it was thinking "I hope this isn't scarily prophetic, like some of them are" !!!

Bloody good though :)

I've not seen Twilight so didn't get the subtle "hint" ( i was on wikipedia seeing where I knew the actress "Bo" from)

you know what it's like, you watch black mirror on your own late at night, you google the actress, read about the episode on wikipedia, then go down a rabbit hole of fan theories etc about it :)

Loch Henry tonight, I'm enjoying the horror element of this series rather than how bleak the future is.

I enjoy crime dramas, cop/detective shows/films, murder investigations etc, when it's fictional, but never got the fascination with "True Crime" shows which are so popular.

(yes I know I'm watching them in the wrong order, but I looks to see how long the episode is, and how much time I have "free" in the evening! )

Demon 79 was interesting, was very very well done. Another one where I had to google main actress, she was in Killing Eve, but it was as the lead in We are Lady Parts, which was very good that I knew her from.

The lunch scene reminded me somewhere I used to work, but it was the opposite, every now and again, one of the lads who lived with his parents would bring in a massive tuppaware box, filled with samosas, bhajis etc that his mum would make. you knew when he had brought them in, because of the swarm of ppl round his desk, they were so good :)

Okay I'm worried that there are more Black Mirror episodes because Black Mirror always shows a dark version of the future that often turns out to be true in some way, and the present is already pretty dark.
