Can anyone recommend a decent, free PDF print driver please. Preferably one not bloated with free/malware.

I mostly use CutePDF as a very simple PDF creator. But I occasionally use the very poignantly named PDFCreator which has a few more options.

Second vote for CutePDF.

doPDF is another and it doesn't require that Ghostscript be installed (as with CutePDF). There also an online one that I use from time to time at work, as I've been able to remove encryption with it.
