Best Value DVD players?

dicanio (Elite) posted this on Thursday, 20th November 2003, 22:31

I have just seen on play.com
JVC XV-N33SL Multi region for 88.99
Toshiba SD330 E Multi-region DVD Player - Black for 79.99
Sony DVPNS330 Multi Region DVD Player for 99.99
Which of these represents best value for money?
What others are recommended? Im looking for something thats good but cheap.
Basically my ps2 which I bought for 200 and Goodmans DVD 300 which I bought for
150 are both on the blink both after about 2 years, in effect that is money down the drain. I need something reliable
All help is appreciated. Thanks. Oh yeah it has to be multi region and RCE playable.

I bought a panasonic s 75 from http://www.digital-point.co.uk/dvd.asp and would highly recommend it, (except they always seem to sell out), but apart from the toshiba you mentioned, all the other players are being sold slightly cheaper than the prices you have listed.

They are all multiregional, and they do state that they are RCE compatible and all include free delivery.

hope this helps
