Bobski (Mostly Harmless) posted this on Thursday, 21st December 2000, 23:58

Anyone have much experience, good or bad, with any any of these of these.

Some of the prices vary from player o player i just wondered if the actual players they sell differ at all?

BTW have a great Xmas all.

Bobski

been there done that "carpet muncher", I was also put through 2months of excuses and delays from Techtronics ;-(

Once i got a refund, i ordered up a Multiregion Pioneer 535 from www.upgradeheaven.co.uk/ and it arrived two days later :)))))
I was VERY Impressed with the service and the player worked straight from the box no fuss!
Excellent service!!!

I bought a Pioneer dv-535 from multiregionmagic and I can recommend them highly. I ordered 9am Thursday and received next day 11am Friday. They do charge £10 for next day delivery on all dvd players though. But this is worth it as i`ve had no problems whatsoever with the player.

Just bought a Pioneer 535 from Techtronics . . . . chose T as had heard good reports, and their web site had shed loads of info. Price much the same as others, but with free delivery, although it did take 5 working days. Happy enough so far, but its when things go wrong that differentiates the good from the bad!

All companies will have satisfied and dissatisfied customers - swings and roundabouts!
