Matsui 110 sound problem

Does anybody know if Dixons/Currys ever had a fix for the sound glitch on chapter changes? My old 110 is nearly out of warranty, so I want to see if it can be fixed before it runs out.

No, I had one with the same problem, I phoned mastercare who told me to take it to a Currys mega store and show it the on-site engineer. If you`ve got it take the Matrix cos it`s stutters load of times in that film. Anyway the chap was already aware of the problem, so don`t take any crap of them.

They offered me a refund, so I took it.
