1 Without Disk , press `0` 4 or 5times.
2 Press `Repeat`
3 Press 3,8,7,6,7
4 After that you can see Number 2 (European Regional Code) in Upper left side.
5 Press `9` and then 2 will be changed into 9
6 Press `Open` `Close`
Total process should be completed in 30 seconds.

Hi, I tried this hack on my Samsung DVD-R100E but I could not get it to work. Does anyone know if this works on the 100E, if not, know of a hack that does work on this machine. Thanks.

PS. this code appears to work for the Samsung DVD-R125 as well.

Tried the crack cannot get it to work! Or I think it doesnt work... steps 1 thru 5 work ok the number "2" changes to "9" then "open" -"close" but when I go back and check by repeating steps 1 thru 5 again its still a "2" is that correct
