I got a Sony NS400D free from work (legitimately) but it needs to be chipped. Wheres the best place to get it done in the Reading/Newbury area? I see techtronics have a pickup/chip/return service for £85 but dont know if this is good value.

You can rent an upgrade remote to upgrade the player to all region and this would cost you about £40 but due to censorship on this board the url you need to be diverted to just comes up as ******* . I suggest you ask on the DVD and Home Cinema Forum of www.thedvdforums.com
