Page 1 of Panasonic DVD-RV32 Multi-Region Hack

Does anyone know of a proven hack for this machine? There are a couple of remote code lists I`ve seen, but these don`t appear to work. It seems that no-one has yet successfully managed a hack on this model.

Your links are great but now I am very confused because I don´t know wich is the best metod and If it works properly. There is no much information about mods installations and remote controlers.

Have you try any of both metods, what do you recomend to do?, I am lost.

you can rent an upgrade remote but this forum is censored , you need to ask on www.thedvdforums.com

You won`t need a a chip or a special remote.
Just email or write to Panasonic service department and ask for the
DVD service Disc No.2 all the info is supplied. It doesn`t tell you what it does but the codes turn your player into multiregion.
for disabling Macrovision follow the same steps and replace code 3192 to 3193 after you have done the multiregion upgarde. Note This discs works with the new RA players as well (I have a RA-61 model (dvd-audio/Video player)

stop misleading people , RV32 is converted by remote , RA61 is converted by disc

Thanks for the advice. I went to the site you mentioned through which a remote can be rented. The whole "works once, etc." sounds a little fishy. Does the "chipped" remote really work!?

How can i get info DVD service Disc No.2 of Panasonic

why ? RA82 uses the remote !
