Page 1 of Faulty Discs

I bought Almost Famous (bootleg edition) for Xmas and have just found that one of the discs is faulty! PLAY have said that it is outside their 28 day "window" and they won`t exchange it!!! Does anybody know how I stand on this legally?

If PLAY are UK based they will have to Replace the discs or give you your money back, provided you did not create the problem. What have they got to lose, if they swap the disc they keep you happy, if they don`t you will not use them again & will tell everybody about the problem & they lose more custom.
