Anyone know how the hell youre supposed to be able to withdraw funds from this site?

Ive had the fee deducted and changed the settings to pay out at £10.00 but still nothing.

It matters not what happens in life, ive met the Mighty Bruce and my life is complete.

You and me both mate I`ve had about 50 quid sitting on there for 18 months.

Snaps

I used to be with it, but then they changed what `it` was.
Now, what I`m with isn`t it, and what`s `it` seems weird and scary

I`ve given up on quidco.
I`ve spent over £800 on stuff via their website in the past week.
My account still reads zero.
I don`t think I`m doing anything wrong, both traders involved are said to transfer commissions quickly.
So, basically, god knows.
I`m no worse off though, as both websites were cheap for the products bought anyway.

Hmmm, they`ve always been pretty good with me, mine was just set up to pay at £40 I think and paid out when I hit that amount.

Not sure with your case Kennedy, why it hasn`t paid.

For you Bowf have they actually paid, or just validated?

Validation is just when say HMV or whoever confirms the transaction but judging from mine there is then usually quite a delay before the payment is received even off the good payers.

I just went to check then and if you go in the "earnings" tab, then choose "all" it tells you the expected payment date for transactions etc.

I`ve just read the terms and conditions

Quote:
When will I be paid?

Payments are made on all `validated` amounts in your earnings only after we receive the money from the merchants, which usually takes 2-3 months. At this point we will mark the earnings in your account as `received`. Only then will they be payable to you.

Payments are normally made automatically starting at the very end of the month. Sometimes payments roll over into the start of the new month. The final payments usually go out by the end of the first week in the new month.

Guess that might answer yours Kennedy aswell as Bowfer`s?

Have you not chased it, or at least checked your minimum payment and bank settings?

In fairness I envisioned it being a ballache to use and put if off for years, but signed up a while back and it`s built up a fair amount as I never count on the Quidco in judging a deal so if it`s a bonus more than anything.

Dunno, how does one tell?
Under my account settings, it says "no payments made or scheduled"
The latter is the bit that`s bugging me.
I don`t mind waiting, but `nothing scheduled` makes me think the transactions have been lost.
One of them is potentially worth £23.25 alone.

Right bollocks to that, tried to take screenshot of account and uploaded it to photobucket and it was ludicrous size.

Downsized it a few times and was still massive, so jumped 2 settings and it went to minuscule and won`t let me enlarge again.

Basically when it`s "tracked/pending" this means it`s registered the transaction.

When it "validates", that is when it has been confirmed by the merchant.

"Received" is when Quidco actually receive the money.

"Paid" is when the money is actually paid to you.

Or that`s what I`ve figured, in fairness I just signed up and then haven`t ever really looked into it and just got the payment a while back.

Just looked now and I`ve got one for £16.23 from Additions Direct in April which still hasn`t paid, infact it only validated this month.

They have tracking speed of (1-0 days), 0 average.

98% tracked and payment average 2months.

Never had a problem. Def worth checking out payment settings - and if something doesn`t appear within a few days, query it, I`ve had to do this a couple times but it`s always been resolved fairly quickly. Good luck :-)

If the company you are buying from is on Rpoints too, you can get them to pricematch Quidco. They`ve always seemed more reliable to me, so I use them unless the company isn`t listed.
