Page 1 of Does anybody know if fox will be releasing `Dark Angel` on dvd at all.

Just wondered if anybody knows if the first series of Dark Angel will be released on dvd in any region format. And also if they are bringing another series of it to sky one. I really enjoyed the first series. Nothing to do with the fact that Jessica Alba is well fit though.

I have seen a boxed set at my local Blockbuster, it just said "Angel" thats prolly not the one you`re looking for. Just FYI

Yes -- actually volume 1(Pilot episode) of the Dark Angel television series (by James Cameron starring Jessica Alba) has been out in Japan for over a month now. A box set including episodes 2 through 11 of the television series is due out in Japan on October 5th.

I got my volume one from http://www.cdjapan.co.jp , and I also have the box set with episodes 2-11 on order from there as well.

The really good thing is that the site is selectable to be in English, and the delivery service is also great (although the prices are a little steeper than I`m used to). I live in the U.S.A., and I generally get my shipments from cdjapan within 4 days of shipping.

As an aside, the dialogue is selectable Dolby Digital 2 channel in either English or Japanese, and subtitles are selectable in either English or Japanese (and can -- of course -- be turned completely off). The video is excellent, of course, and is Region 2 NTSC format.
