Does anyone know if there is a directors cut or SE of Alien 3 coming out ?

Yes, the Alien Quadrilogy boxset will contain the 2hr 50min extended version of Alien 3. However, this is not a "Director`s Cut" because David Fincher hates the film so much he wouldn`t approve it. Hopefully, it will be better than the original version.

Nope, it will contain a 139 minute edition not 170 mins.

Can`t find any comparisons, are R1 and R2 of this set going to be the same ?
