24Hr sale! Big countdown clock! and yet, what a load of s***e! what`s going wrong with this company?

They are under new management, aren`t they?

So therefore although a lot of their prices are still fairly good, you can`t expect it all to be as it was before.

I have been ordering from them again recently to try out the new bunch, and they are still proving reliable with deliveries. I had a package go missing a couple of weeks back and they sent me a replacement, then the original turned up and they sent me a reply paid jiffy envelope to return it in.

I thought that was good customer service.

I thought they might improve under new management. Seems not...

They have improved. They`re now fulfilling orders in a timely fashion and actually have stock of the titles they advertise. Their sales have never really been any good, and they haven`t been competitive price-wise for ages (long before the `troubles`) unless it`s for R3.

True. That`s what I was referring to really. They must have improved, because I ordered from them for the first time in ages recently, and it actually arrived in my postbox within a week.

I was referring more to the crappy sales, which are not even sales.
