I have ordered it anyway, but do you know if there is any difference between this set and the Rocky Anthology that Play sell here? I noticed that the covers are different, but is the transfer the same?

The link you gave goes to the region 2 version. The region 1 version is here on plays region 1 site and as you can see is identical. The transfers should be generally the same but coded in NTSC and not PAL like the region 2. This is minor and most people cannot notice it.
